Last night (Saturday June 18th 2011) Bob Dylan headlined the London Feis Festival in Finsbury Park, celebrating the 21st anniversary of London Fleadh (whatever that may be?!). It has been some time since the legendary singer songwriter has been on our shores, since his UK tour in 2009, which I was lucky to see at Sheffield Arena.
As enigmatic as ever, he only apparently spoke to the crowd once, to introduce his band during the encore.
He is a true legend, and at the age of 70, we should celebrate any live performance on these shores that we get. I would have loved to have been there.
