One more day . . .
. . . this time tomorrow, I will be watching Taylor Swift at Manchester M.E.N Arena, amongst tonnes of screaming kids. Yes, that part is not ideal, but it is a price I am more than willing to pay to see Taylor Swift in the flesh again, and put on a hell of a show.
Her show in 2009 was one of the clear standouts of the entire year, and over the course of 2 full hours, she put on an amazing set, playing hit after bona-fide hit. The girl has more cracking songs than most people will ever write in a career, and I expect it will be a killer show all round. The setlist that she has been playing lately on her Speak Now world tour has been epic, and is heavy on material from that immense third album.
If we get anything near that tomorrow, I will be more than happy, and she will no doubt throw in all the hits from the first two albums as well. I would love it if she extended the set that she has been playing across the world, and added a few more songs, as that would just make it perfect.
The only thing I am not looking forward to are the screaming kids, but she will transcend that, and I full expect that she will blow me away once more.
Will be an awesome night, and a full review will be coming shortly.
I am beyond excited.
